For packages older than one year from their purchase date, our spa reserves the right to convert the service-based packages to their cash value, equivalent to what was paid for the package, if the services indicated are no longer available or the original price of the service has changed.

A credit card guarantee and 24-hour notice of cancellation are required for all Spa Packages and multiple services. Charges will be assessed for the entire price of the package or multiple services if 24-hour notice of cancellation is not received .
